I contacted Bex as my elderly mother was extremely nervous and reticent about having your usual robotic, insensitive target driven sales person come around her home and who would not understand her needs. I had called a local agent first and the fella on the phone did little or nothing to help and had zero enthusiasm to get out from behind his desk. So, I called Bex, mostly because I had noticed she had recently sold a house in my neighbourhood and secondly and importantly she was not linked to any established sell at any cost agency as she is fully independent. I arranged for Bex and my mother to meet. It was a no pressure discussion and my Mum decided Bex was perfect to deal with. Mum decided she would like to put her house up for sale with Bex and within 3 days Mum had an offer she accepted. Bex did not then just wash her hands as a “job done” she helped my mother find a new home and assisted her in all the complex documentation, guiding her and encouraging her every step of the way. Bex is the ultimate one stop shop in home selling, kind, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and professional with a humour and ease which is sadly missing from corporate or large target driven agencies.
